Boost Charger
The FreeWire Boost Charger is a powerful battery-integrated DC charger for EVs. Easily connecting to existing electrical infrastructure, it can be set up without costly construction or permitting. With 160 kWh of battery capacity and 120 kW output, the Boost Charger is ready for current and next generation electric vehicles. Recharging with up to 22 kW from the grid, the Boost Charger enables ultrafast charging using the same infrastructure as L2 chargers and up to 40% lower cost of installation versus comparable fast chargers. Deliver high-quality power while significantly reducing costly demand charges utilizing the Boost Charger’s integrated energy storage.

ParkPod
Electric Charging Station
A system of electric car charging stations for US and Europe, including level 1 and level 2 designs for single and double freestanding and wall-mount units. The coiled-cable solution prevents cables from touching the ground. Charge status is shown with indicator lights.
Single and double freestanding and wall mount units include plug holster, RFID cards and simple instructions for improved usability, durability and security. The project included the design of the ParkPod logo, identity and branding.

ECOtality’s Level 2 wall-mountable home model Blink for home use, specifically designed for electric and plug-in electric vehicles to work via 240-volt AC input. The Blink Level 2 wall mount charger for the home can be installed in a garage or outdoors in a carport.
Initial concept ideation developed in collaboration with frog design in 2010.
